I’ve been working in advertising and marketing for 20+ years and have a passion for leading and mentoring, as well as for branding and design.

My career covers a broad range: I was the Creative Director at a start-up that grew exponentially, I’ve worked full-time at a design agency and currently work full-time at an ad agency that specializes in the animal pharmaceutical industry, I’ve fulfilled contract positions at branding firms, ad agencies, and marketing departments; and I’ve worked for my own clients throughout. My love of mentoring also led me to teaching (art direction, typography, and design).

I’m proficient in creative strategy, consulting, and brand direction and management, as well as art direction, brand experiences, identity and logo design, digital design, print and publication design, and UX/UI design and direction. My work spans a variety of industries, including restaurants, hospitality, commercial & residential real estate, finance, insurance, energy, pets, education, and healthcare and pharmaceuticals.

p.s. On a personal note, some of my favorite things are books, wine, animals, language, travel, the Beastie Boys, dry wit and sarcasm, and good writing pens (not in that order). As you may have guessed, I live with multiple pets. I’m also inordinately fond of chocolate and making lists (taken together or separately), and I have a habit of overusing parentheses.
