Essex Condominium

I served as lead Art Director on a team that concepted and designed a marketing campaign for the launch of a boutique luxury condominium in Philadelphia’s renowned Old City neighborhood. The Essex Condominium renovation team updated an historic building with new construction and modern finishes, and we wanted the branding to reflect both aspects of the residences. || Co-concept, art direction, design, & production.
